February 17, 2022 | A Virtual Fireside Chat for IPAC Victoria Members
PUBLIC SERVICE MOTIVATION IN CHALLENGING TIMES
The IPAC Victoria Board of Directors invites you to a facilitated roundtable discussion on Thursday, February 17 at 5 pm.
For two years public servants have been dealing with the Covid pandemic, serving governments and citizens virtually, striking a balance with families affected by lockdowns and ill health, and trying to sustain and build organizational cultures, often with new staff who have never physically been inside the workplace. All of this has proceeded amidst tumultuous times with the crises of floods and fires in BC, and the steady flow of digital innovation. As we look ahead, it is a propitious to consider the challenges for motivating public servants at all levels of government.
This event, facilitated by Professor Evert Lindquist, will be a roundtable discussion open only to IPAC Victoria members. To register for the Fireside Chat, please click the registration button below. Once you have registered, we will send out a Zoom link for the event. When: Thursday, February 17, 2022 Time: 5 pm PT Did you know?
