Victoria New ProfessionalsVictoria New Professionals (VNP) is a subsidiary of IPAC Victoria that is focused on supporting individuals who have been in the public service for five years or less. VNP provides networking and professional development opportunities for government employees as well as professionals considering a career in the public service. Through varied initiatives and events, VNP offers volunteer opportunities that provide leadership experience in a variety of areas, including event planning, finance, public speaking, and strategic planning.IPAC National also sponsors the annual Promising New Professionals Award. This award is presented to a new public service professional (i.e. someone with under five years of service) who demonstrates leadership potential and embodies the ideals and values of the public service.
