IPAC Victoria & Vancouver Regional Chapters is pleased to announce the winner of the 2017 Lieutenant Governor's Silver Medal for Excellence in Public Administration, Dave Nikolejsin, Deputy Minister of Natural Gas Development at the BC Public Service, for his outstanding contributions and dedication to public service for the past 30 years.
 
Dave is not only recognized for his vision and relentless commitment to improving the lives of British Columbians through innovative solutions, but also for his innate ability to lead and inspire others while developing respectful and positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders groups – both inside and outside government.
 
The Honourable Judith Guichon, Lieutenant Governor of BC, hosted the formal award ceremony at Government House June 27, 2017. ​
